Membership Grades
Ordinary ($20.00) - Any person 18 years and over and in receipt of an income.
Student ($10.00) - Any bonafide student under 18 years of age.
Family ($24.00) - Two or more members of the one family living at the same address.
Concessional ($14.00) - Concessional membership may be granted to any person unable, because of special circumstances, to apply for an ordinary subscription.

AN INITIAL JOINING FEE OF $2 IS PAYABLE FOR ALL GRADES

CANDIDATES FORWARDING AN APPLICATION FOR ELECTION MUST REMIT WITH THIS FORM THE FIRST YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION PLUS THE $2 JOINING FEE. NO APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS SUCH FEES ARE RECEIVED. IF AN APPLICATION IS REFUSED, MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO WESTLAKES AMATEUR RADIO CLUB Inc. APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE FORWARDED TO:-
